A new drive-through COVID-19 testing centre has opened in Abu Dhabi's Al Muroor area.
The facility, which is run by the Capital Health Screening Centre, is open to everyone, including tourist visa holders.
The tests cost AED 180 and the results will be sent via SMS within 24 to 48 hours.
Appointments are not required at the new centre, which is open from Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
"We are cooperating with the National Reference Laboratory's (NRL) facilities to analyse the test samples and ensure accurate results," said Hassan Jassim Al Nowais, Senior Vice President of Mubadala Healthcare.
