The UAE has confirmed 2,426 new cases of COVID-19 from 435,593 tests in the past 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), another 875 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 745,055.
Two patients have died, taking the total number of fatalities to 2,164.
A total of 761,937 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 14,456 are currently active.
