The UAE confirmed 1,599 new cases of COVID-19 from 254,639 tests on Sunday.
Another 1,570 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 617,767.
Three patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,834.
A total of 639,476 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 19,875 are currently active.
