Oman are also through but lost their chance to top the table following a 14-run defeat to Jersey, while the Netherlands beat Scotland by 4 wickets.
Meanwhile, Papua New Guinea secured automatic qualification for next year’s tournament after crushing Kenya by 45 runs.
