India's cricket captain Virat Kohli met 87-year-old superfan Charulata Patel after the team's win over Bangladesh at the Edgbaston.
Kohli, after meeting her, took to Twitter and posted a special message calling her "one of the most passionate and dedicated fans" he has ever seen.
Also would like to thank all our fans for all the love & support & especially Charulata Patel ji. She's 87 and probably one of the most passionate & dedicated fans I've ever seen. Rohit Sharma also stepped forward to chat with her before heading to the dressing room after the match.
The 87-year-old has become an overnight social media star after she was spotted cheering for the Men in Blue enthusiastically.
