UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his South Korean counterpart Lee Jae-myung have held a phone call to discuss strengthening ties between their nations.
The two leaders explored opportunities to boost cooperation in key areas including the economy, investment, energy, education, defence, technology and sustainability.
Sheikh Mohamed congratulated Lee on taking office and expressed his commitment to further enhancing bilateral ties in support of both nations’ prosperity.
They also discussed regional and global developments, stressing the importance of peace and progress in the Middle East.
Lee thanked His Highness for his warm wishes and reaffirmed his dedication to expanding collaboration with the UAE.
