UAE reports 1,596 COVID-19 cases

The UAE confirmed 1,596 new cases of COVID-19 from 224,887 tests on Saturday.

Another 1,571 people have received the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 534,481.

Four patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,648.

A total of 554,516 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 18,387 are currently active.

The Ministry of Health conducts 224,887 tests as part of its plans to expand the scope of the tests, and reveals 1,596 new cases of the #Coronavirus, 1,571 recoveries and 4 death cases due to complications. #TogetherWeRecover pic.twitter.com/ZwSIKbVPkB
