Thousands of flags are displayed at Kite Beach in Jumeirah today in celebration of UAE Flag Day. It's part of the “Flags Garden” initiative organised by Brand Dubai where flags will be used to create the shapes of the letters in the country’s acronym. This is the second year in a row for the initiative, which highlights the themes of national pride, solidarity and unity.
