The RTA continues to look at new ways of better serving the disabled community. As part of the Dubai Government’s initiative to make Dubai a disabled friendly city by 2020, the RTA invited experts and specialists in serving people with special needs for brainstorming sessions. The sessions were held as part of their third strategic goal which is 'bringing happiness to people through the continual improvement of services'.
