More paid parking spaces have been introduced in Al Ain as part of the second phase of the Mawaqif system.
The new slots will be activated on Monday, September 25 in Al Ain and Al Hili industrial areas.
According to the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), the changes are aimed at tackling illegal and random parking, in addition to maintaining the overall appearance of the city.
It has called on motorists to follow the rules and not to park their vehicles in unauthorised zones.
