Leading hotels are discussing how to enhance guest experience and profitability in light of the advances in the world of technology. They’re converging at the Hotel Technology Summit which kicked off in Dubai today. The two-day global conference also hopes to bridge the gap between hotels and their use of technology. Naveen Bharadwaj is from Naseba, who are organising the event. He said there was an overwhelming demand from the industry to have a summit specifically on technology.
