His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, has discussed the latest developments in the Middle East during a phone call with Jordan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ayman Safadi.
The two strongly condemned the recent Iranian missile and drone attacks targeting Jordan, Bahrain and Kuwait.
Sheikh Abdullah reaffirmed the UAE's full solidarity with the three countries and its support for all measures aimed at safeguarding their security and stability.
The ministers also discussed ways to strengthen regional and international efforts to de-escalate tensions and ensure freedom of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz in accordance with international law, as part of efforts to promote lasting security and stability.
