Sharjah is hosting world leaders and global experts this week as the 14th International Government Communication Forum (IGCF) gets underway at Expo Centre Sharjah.
Organised by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, the two-day event is themed 'Communication for Quality of Life'.
The forum brings together 237 speakers, including government officials, academics and innovators, to tackle major global challenges.
Key topics include food security, healthcare, education, sustainability and the green economy — all aimed at improving quality of life worldwide.
More than 110 sessions are scheduled, featuring panel discussions, keynote addresses and workshops across 22 interactive platforms, in partnership with 30 local and international organisations.
