Etihad Rail is introducing six extra passenger train services between Abu Dhabi and Dubai this weekend in response to exceptionally strong demand.
More than 1,000 additional seats will be available across three new services on Saturday, October 3, with another 1,000 seats being added across three services on Sunday, October 4.
On both days, the extra services will depart Abu Dhabi for Dubai at 12:14 pm and 4:43 pm, while an additional Dubai to Abu Dhabi service will operate at 1:43 pm.
Tickets for the additional services went on sale at 2:00 pm on Friday.
