Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has reopened its customer happiness centres located in Deira, Umm Ramool and Al Barsha.
It’s also restarted operations at 19 of its vehicle testing service providers across multiple locations.
Thermal scanners have been installed at the centres that will be open from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm.
It’s also mandatory for staff and visitors to wear masks and maintain appropriate physical distance.
The RTA has called on customers to continue using online and smart channels as much as possible.
#RTA announces that 3 Customer Happiness Centres and 19 Service Providers will reopen tomorrow, Thursday, April 30, from 9 AM to 3 PM, following the necessary measures to ensure everyone's safety. We advise customers to continue using smart channels to process their transactions. pic.twitter.com/ar5iKun8bs
