Authorities will now be able to respond rapidly to senior citizens and residents across Dubai.
This comes after Dubai Police launched a new community-centred initiative called ‘Secure Together’ in cooperation with the Community Development Authority (CDA), amidst concerns over COVID-19.
The new service will prioritise requests from elderly people made to Dubai Police’s command and control centre.
Officials will be providing them with essential support such as medical aid, disinfection and sanitation services at their residences to help contain the spread of the virus.
