New travel procedures have been announced for citizens, residents and visitors in Dubai.
According to the Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management in the emirate, residents will be able to return to Dubai from Monday, June 22, through scheduled flights.
From Tuesday, June 23, residents and citizens will be allowed to travel to any foreign destination, as long as these countries are receiving foreigners.
Airlines flying through Dubai Airports also have the right to prohibit passengers from traveling should they display any COVID-19-related symptoms.
Meanwhile, visitors will be allowed to enter the country from July 7 and will need to present a recent report declaring that they have tested negative for the coronavirus.
If they do not have a medical certificate, they will be required to undergo mandatory testing at Dubai Airports.
More details to follow.
