Passengers on Dubai Metro's Green Line were evacuated after service between two stations suffered a disruption on Sunday morning.
Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) took to their official social media handle to inform that services between the Gold Souq station and Baniyas station has been affected.
To #DubaiMetro Green Line users, please be informed that the metro service between the Gold Souq Station and Baniyas Station is affected. #RTA's staff have evacuated passengers from metro cabins to the Gold Souq Station.

In a later tweet, the authority informed that the Dubai Metro service was back on track.
