Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has reopened a section of Emirates Road, which was partially closed on Monday due to water accumulation.
The flow of traffic has been restored on the stretch between Expo Road and Al Fayah Truck Road, which had been closed in both directions.
The RTA had advised motorists to use alternative routes, including Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Expo Road while its emergency response teams worked to fix the issue.
