Dubai Civil Defence teams have put out a fire at a house near Hatta Hospital.

Emergency services received reports at 5:37 pm on Monday evening and were at the scene within seven minutes.

The fire was controlled shortly afterwards and cooling operations were in place by 6:15 pm.

No one was injured.

Dubai Civil Defence said it's thought to have been caused by an electric cable catching fire outside the house near some gas cylinders.
