The UAE has confirmed 3,539 new cases of COVID-19 from 166,879 tests.
Another 2,993 people have received the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 316,053.
Meanwhile, nine more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 956.
A total of 336,142 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 19,113 are currently active.
