The UAE has confirmed 1,538 new cases of COVID-19 from as many as 105,740 tests.
Another 1,501 people have recovered, taking the total number of recoveries to 111,814.
Meanwhile, two more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 472.
A total of 119,132 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 6,846 are currently active.
