Abu Dhabi implements training plan for delivery drivers

Abu Dhabi has launched a training plan for delivery bike drivers in the emirate.

The Integrated Transport Centre has worked alongside the Joint Committee for Traffic Safety, and delivery companies to create a thorough training scheme.

It's part of a broader road safety improvement plan, which has already been adopted by several companies.

After the training course, drivers undergo a theoretical test to receive professional certification.

Under the guidance of the Joint Committee for Traffic Safety and in collaboration with delivery companies,ITC has started implementing an intensive training program for delivery bike drivers as part of a comprehensive plan to improve road safety for workers in the delivery sector pic.twitter.com/SLB4FAzL9r
