The UAE has confirmed 478 new cases of COVID-19 from 420,289 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 1,485 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 835,526.
The total number of fatalities remains at 2,301 as no COVID-19-related deaths have been reported for the third consecutive day.
A total of 880,451 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which approximately 42,624 are currently active.
