The UAE has confirmed 1,796 new cases of COVID-19 from 232,943 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 1,727 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 929,516.
The total number of fatalities remains at 2,317 as no further deaths were reported.
A total of 949,384 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 17,551 are currently active.
