The UAE confirmed 1,675 new cases of COVID-19 from 291,003 tests on Thursday.
Another 1,556 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 612,998.
Eight patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,819.
A total of 634,582 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 19,765 are currently active.
The Ministry of Health conducts 291,003 tests as part of its plans to expand the scope of the tests, and reveals 1,675 new cases of the #Coronavirus, 1,556 recoveries and 8 death cases due to complications. #TogetherWeRecover
