The UAE has confirmed 1,216 new cases of COVID-19 from 238,015 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 1,159 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 968,209.
No new deaths have been reported, with fatalities remaining unchanged at 2,334.
A total of 989,220 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 18,677 are currently active.
