The UAE has confirmed 1,180 new cases of COVID-19 from 218,694 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 1,150 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 969,359.
No new deaths have been reported, with fatalities remaining unchanged at 2,334.
A total of 990,400 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 18,707 are currently active.
