Arnold Schwarzenegger still hasn't signed his divorce papers. The 'Terminator' actor's estranged wife Maria Shriver filed for divorce in July 2011 after it emerged he had fathered a son with their housekeeper and though the former couple have reportedly agreed a financial settlement, TMZ reports the 68-year-old star is "dragging his heels" over officially dissolving their union. Arnold - who has children Katherine, 25, Christina, 23, Patrick, 21, and Christopher, 18, with Maria - previously admitted the breakdown of his marriage was his "biggest personal failure" but he is pleased with how things have turned out. He said: "It was my biggest personal failure. We all fall at one time or another and this was a major fall. But I had to get up again because only losers stay down, winners get up. "I had to move forward and say, 'OK, now how do I heal and how can I bring everyone together again? Now I am absolutely delighted with my life." And the former Governor of California is thankful his estranged wife has worked with him to ensure he still has a good relationship with their kids. He said: "It has worked out really so well with the help of Maria. "My kids are a straight 10. I am so proud of them. I'm so in love with them."
